MOC11_Jan5_Rail Fence Quilt

- As most of you probably know, re-learning how to drive was a big thing for me at the start of 2022. I have now been driving for nearly 11months and it is still amazing to me!
It was quite stressful to re-learn and I need to boost my confidence, reduce my overthinking and fix my heavy accelerator foot.
I figured making a quilt that I said I would never make - from non-matching scraps (the HORROR) and using a fancy pattern - would help. And really it did, I just had to follow the instructions and my fabric did not match so I just rolled with it. I dug out the foot pedal (meh.) for my machine and that helped the accelerator issue and weirdly I fell in love with it all over again!
The end result is this beautiful quilt top (I am currently quilting it..) and I am so happy that I stepped out of my comfort zone.
