I read so many of the pages that were created for this challenge. So many interesting stories told from the heart.
I have been seeing a therapist to deal with my anxiety issues. Really I should have figured it out sooner, but no matter, I have now and I am so much better.
Learning to sit down and not always doing stuff is a challenge for me. One of the things I do now is plan my post-work and weekend activities. I try not to do things as they spring into my mind and that has given me more space to just relax.
I chose the paper with the frame and left it blank, as I feel it represents the space I have given myself.
Wow Claire. You say other pages are insightful, but yours is amazing as well. I LOVE the blank paper as a symbol of the space you are allotting to YOU. I'm also very thankful you found a therapist who can show you how to be at peace and how to enjoy not being anxious. Thank you so much for sharing your story in this challenge! And I NEED to see some of your quilting as that's another thing I do to de-stress!
