Emmy, my little daydreamer. Your head is always wandering, traveling to you own little place where you can enjoy the inner workings of your mind and imagination. Your mind works so differently. You may not be academically gifted, but that is okay. We know that you try hard, and we also know that good grades do not represent how smart you are. Your imagination and your art are your strengths. I love seeing your artwork, your character designs. Sometimes, I don’t fully understand the concept that you have in your head until you have it down on paper. It is always a treat to see what you draw and quickly you can do it. You want to become an animator for a studio. We had an inner – district transfer to get you to the high school that would best help you with this. On that brink of excitement and the start of your animation classes came Covid. That hindered the process. You kept your head up and you kept on dreaming. Now, you are in your Senior Year of high school and are part of the school’s K9 Studios. You are helping in the process of making a short animation. I hope this helps get your foot in the door of the industry. Unfortunately, we won’t know just yet. Keep your head in the clouds. Keep Dreaming!
