Journaling:
I am at a place in life where I am ready to take care of myself. It is time to take care of my body and my skills; I need exercise for my body and learning for my brain. And to be able to do that, more than anything else I need to be outside. In spring, summer, autumn and winter. For short walks, long hikes and swims in the sea. It’s where I recharge. Spending more time outside will make the other work I need to do, possible. ♥
