Journaling reads:
We started the year 2022 with expectation and lots of great holidays to look forward to. At the end of the year as I look back on what happened, I can still feel some the excitement but there was definitely disappointment too. Besides Mom and I going to the Lay Witness weekend to Mtunzini in February and two weekends to Wyndford, we didn't get to go on holiday as a family at all. At other times of the year we were either sick or recovering from the trauma of the car accident in June. There are however lots of positives for the year. We joined New Harvest Christian Fellowship, Aaron got a great parttime job, we managed to buy him a car with the pay out from the insurance, Keith carried on working after retiring in October, and Aaron got his PPL licence. I scrapped more pages than ever before (620!) and also read more books (67) than any other year. It is always good to remember the year that was and not to forget the good stuff.
