Journaling:
1/January: A festive Christmas card I gave to friends (Christmas is celebrated on 7 January in our country).
2/February: A trip to the lemonarium (a nursery where many types of lemons are grown).
3/March: The bird is called the "rattlesnake thrush". I was lucky that I was able to see and photograph it, because in my area it is a unique bird.
4/April: Visit to the Museum of Ukrainian Life (e.g. an exhibition of more than 80 antique irons).
5/May: Trip to Turkey. Photo: Ruins of the ancient city of Hierapolis.
6/June: Celebration of the pagan holiday Ivan Kupala. Traditionally on this day girls and women make wreaths of flowers.
7/July: A trip across the country (Ukraine), to the Cherkasy region. In the 16th and 18th centuries, this is where the freedom-loving Cossacks lived.
8/August: A visit to a café where many cats live. Here you can drink delicious coffee, eat dessert and chat with the cats. It was an unforgettable experience for me!
9/September: Holiday on the island of Rhodes (Greece). This island is washed by the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas. I swam wherever these seas meet!
10/October: A portrait of my grandson Orion. I took this picture during a trip to Spain to visit my daughter.
11/November: An interesting excursion to a farm where goats are raised and Kraft cheeses are made from goat milk.
12/December: New Year's Eve photo shoot. At this time I take a lot of photos to make festive greeting cards.
