I feel like 5 might be my number. I’m the oldest of my 5 children. I have 5 letters in both my first and middle names. My husband and 3 kids make a family of 5. With my oldest gone you add in my dog and we’ve still got a family of 5. We’ve been living back in my home state of Michigan for 5 years now. My dog was part of a litter of 5 puppies and he’s the first family dog we’ve had since buying our own home. Our house number starts with the number 5. My kids plus my grand kids equal the number 5 too. If you add my month and day of birth you also get the number 5. My last child was born in the 5th month and if you add the day and month of my daughter’s birth you get 5 as well. It seems like 5 might be my magic number. I don’t know if this number will win me any lotteries or if I could win at the craps table when I roll the dice. But the number 5 sure seems like it has a real place in my life. If I was a gambling woman I’d bet that the number 5 will continue to be part of my life too!! ♥♥♥
It's amazing how a single number can weave itself throughout our stories in different ways, isn't it? I love how you have documented that here! Love the prominent and yet somehow still understated number 5. LOVE that you journaled within its shape. Love the use of red to frame. So wonderfully scrapped!
