Jagruti this is so YOU and beautiful, elegant, stylish!!! love the impact the paper division gives, the clean cut lines as you do, the layering is gorgeous as are the shadows..... as for the list, the font is small and when I zoom it gets a bit blurred but for what I could get, the yoga of course, I have a book of yoga in bed that I try do in my good days, it is amazing at long term benefits!!!! drinking more water, yes, yes, need to do that too.....in general getting healthier is something we need to do...especially you that are young, if you start being disciplined now, you will live to have so many grandchildren!!!
