I was so disappointed that I couldn\'t get a good shot of this sign in a convenience store window (because of the reflection), but for this challenge I decided to just go with it and make it the star. I boosted the colors a little, gave it a vignette and layered Amy's template over it.
I really love your pic...it's so magazine worthy and beautiful...looks like something sitting in a country store window...it's so homespun it's beautiful in it's natural state...if you took the picture hanging on the wall it would not have the same impact...so I love your pic...really makes me smile...
Thank you so much Jo Amos. It's been sitting on my hard drive for so long, because I thought it wasn't that great, but now I love it. Love these challenges, because they make you look at things completly differently.
Melissa,
I love how when you make it big and with the photo treatment I can see you in the reflection. Seeing you as part of the picture in betweent the words really moved me.
Thank you so much Dalis. I took that photo a couple years ago and I just thought, "how cool", but didn't *need it*. Now I really needed that message, and I noticed that too about my reflection, kinda cool, like a little message from above.
