@jenn mccabe Thanks so much Jenn! That's my daughter's birthday present... if she ever stops using it, it's going to be mine! lol! This is definitely an interesting time... it's really becoming real to me, just how much of what I do is because of them. Even chitchatting with the moms at drop off each morning, will we still keep in touch when our kids scatter next year? Sigh...
Oh, woman! I can totally relate! I've lost friends to the scattering of the winds after our kids parted ways. I am not in a point where I realize I have very few 'rea' friendships - they're all acquaintances... a lot of this comes from all of our relocations as well... that doesn't help. You'll find you again. Maybe we can go looking together!
@RebeccaH I'm right there with you! Let's definitely go looking together! It stinks that you're going through it too... but it is kind of nice to know it's not just me.
