Description
I used ForeverJoy's Living Color Kit, its one of my all time favorite kits!!! This is a picture of my daughter before going to homecoming in 2015. She was not really mad but just having fun!!

Wow! from me as well. I really think this technique works best for artjournal type pages more so than a traditional scrap page.
