One of my favorite vacations was to Puerto Rico. The people are so friendly, and the island is beautiful. We stayed in the small town of Luqulillo in a condo on the beach and the views from the balcony were simply stunning! Our first day started with a beautiful rainbow over the center of town. Things only got better from there. A few days later we took a catamaran to the island of Vieques and snorkeled, it was so beautiful. One of the highlights was hiking the El Yunque tropical rain forest. The flora and waterfalls were simply amazing. It makes me sad they suffered so much devastation a few years back due to the hurricanes. I want to go back again and pray things are starting to improve and are just as beautiful as they were when we were there.
