MOC Day 21 "failure"

Description
I spent 4 days on this, read the instructions a billion times, and 3 layouts later ended up with this . . . . which does not adhere to the challenge rules. :cornfused Soooo, I'm going back to the drawing board. But at least I got a pretty layout of my sweet babies!
