Journaling~
Meal planning is not my favorite thing to do.
I absolutely love eating delicious food,
and I love feeding people things they love,
as well. I feel so much pressure during the
planning phase of what to feed us though, and
it goes without saying that the cleanup is
not very fun either. I have been trying to
reframe my headspace around this task. I am
doing my best to find joy in the process, and gratitude.
