Journaling:
Now I'm home from the clinic. Finally something good to eat again, not just the cardboard bread with paprika spread and plastic cheese. Lunch was actually still pretty good, but I was really fed up with the same breakfast and dinner. Last night I slept 9 hours despite the racing heart yesterday, with only waking up once in between. Definitely a step in the right direction. I'm also fitter overall, which maybe also has something to do with the phase-out scheme. But of course the last time there was the hammer of the diagnosis and even more tension in the clinic etc. But I'm also afraid. It doesn't feel good when things just keep getting worse and the doctors are caught off guard all the time too. The areas that were previously numb are now tingling. Feet tingled from the start, but now it's the whole feet up to the knees and not just the soles. The thighs also tingle. And the fingers are tingling now, too. Lower lip partly too. The tingling is also much more present than the numbness. And in so many places at once...
