Journaling reads:
I am a yogi. That means so many different things to different people. Yoga is a personal, spiritual journey. It is the process of uniting body, mind and soul and uncovering layers and layers that you have piled on over the years to get down underneath to the truth. The truth of who you really, truly are. It is a journey towards the self. I started practicing yoga ten years ago, but I think my spiritual journey started about 4 years ago when I decided to take a teacher training. Since learning so much more about the practice, I have done a 180 in many aspects of my life as I have gone down this road of awakening. I think differently, speak differently, act differenty. Not everyone may see, a lot of it is internal and goes unnoticed. But I know, I see. I am more conscious, I am more aware, I am more present. I can see many perspectives now that I couldn’t before. I feel better. Healthier. Whole. And yet, I am a baby yogi. I have so far yet to go. Everyday is new. Everyday I make tons of mistakes. But now I see them, and more importantly, I accept them. And now I am a teacher, a sharer of the practice. I take my passion and try my best to portray it to others so that they can find their own change, their own awakening, their own awareness. I am a yogi.

Wow ... just Wow. Lovely page design and I love your photos! I just love your journaling, so meaningful and thought-provoking. If you don't usually scrap about yourself, I think you should change that a bit because you have a lot to say and it good! Thanks so much for playing along with the challenge.
