MOC 8 - Watercolor/December Daily 18 Effie Trinket

For our Christmas Party with the High schoolers at our church, I dressed up like Effie Trinket and hosted the "Hunger Elf Games." Everyone dabbed their finger in red ink, smeared it on a card on which they signed their names. I pulled the cards out of a big glass bowl, and those "tributes" had to participate in the crazy holiday games...unless, of course, someone volunteered in tribute ) Crazy fun!
I used the TLP collab Jump for Joy to make this page. Thanks to Jeanet for the super PSE tut because I was stuck before that!
