MOC 8-Out of Bounds (Wiggly Toes)

Oh, this looks like fun!! Love his feet popping out of the picture. Gonna have to go check it out and give this one a try.

I love this.  I used to like to watch my daughter's feet underneath the dressing room door when she was trying on clothes.  Feet are surprisingly expressive.  Now if I can just figure out how to do this!

You rock out of bounds! It has always inspired me but never did I think I would try it - Thanks so much for the challenge and pushing my creativity! I'll try my best to revisit this effect again!
