I was on pins and needles the whole time reading your journaling, mouth agape, stunned, shocked, sorrowed, devastated, right there with you grieving your phone! And yet I know you still had an amazing time...your travel album has been just stunning and delightful. I felt like I was seeing things I know I'll never see in person up close and personal. But yeah...all this is why I don't live traveling anymore! LOL Love that you put your phone in the envelope...it sure had a journey!

OMG one thing after the next! It was a miracle you got the phone back at least. Great documenting and use of the envelope.

oh my goodness.. what a crazy scenario one after the other. I thought I was upset back in 2017 for our 25th anniv. and we were in London on a tour and the iPhone started removing photos on me. We got home and downloaded and there were a ton lost.. it was all in the cloud and it was a mess to recover and get rid of duplicates as apple and iPhone went whacky! So glad you were able to get your phone back. Sorry re the jacket and the Andy Cap hat, but glad all of your hubbies work stuff was able to be retrieved! Love the page you scrapped with the iPhone in the envelope and glad you still enjoyed your trip regardless of the roller coaster ride!

My phone (and the photos on it) bring me joy too! What a creative take on this challenge and what a story!
