The two pages are from public domain review dot org (smush it all together), a book called "The Model Book of Calligraphy (1561-1596)" by Georg Bocskay Joris Hoefnagel.
Back before smart phones, I wanted to scan similar books into my own digi library but portable scanners was unheard of and real ones were too expensive. I just had to wait a few years. Now I can scan with the printer I shall most likely toss once the ink runs out (as a new one is cheaper than the ink sigh).
