I never like the journaling challenges, but then I always love my pages! I should really make myself do this more often (kinda like exercising, ha!)

Journaling:
We are often asked why we continue to choose Disney Vacations when there are so many other places to go. It's hard to explain to someone who hasn't been to Disney World, but as I look through my photos and plan the pages for our album I'm reminded again of each of the hundreds of little moments we experience with our family on these vacations.
On this blustery, cold day in the middle of January, a midst all the hustle and bustle of daily life, I can look at this photo and be instantly transported back to Main Street, in the warm, Florida sunshine. I'm holding my husband’s hand, my little boy is skipping along in front of us and my dad is behind us, snapping photos of everything in sight.
It's a little crowded because they are taping the Disney Christmas Parade today and as we make our way towards the castle (with a planned stop at the Main Street Bakery for a Starbucks coffee!!) we hear Alex & Sierra singing one of our favorite songs from Frozen. (Scan the bar code with your phone to see the actual clip of this moment!)
My husband and I look at each other and sing the chorus, "Love is an open dooor-ooor-or-or" and then laugh like children.
We're not worried about laundry or dishes, or bills or car repairs or that report due on Tuesday.
There's nothing to do right now, but make our way to the bakery and then to the castle. And we're happy, and relaxed and spending time together and laughing and being silly and acting like kids.
So I hold my phone up high and snap a blurry photo and then on days like today, I look at it and soak up that sunshine and see my little boy skipping and my husband singing to me (singing to me!) and I smile and feel that moment of joy all over again.
