well this was a fun challenge! not only was it a color scheme that I am not overly comfy with, I was looking on line and found a free plugin called perfect effects so I played with that some, and then I had no idea about the graphic novel filter in pse11 so I saved in CS6/CC the photo as a psd opened the photo treatment I did in pse11 and then applied the graphic novel filter, then saved and brought it back in to CS6/CC and overlayed it on the photo with a linear burn... wow did it pop the photo! So anyway, along with that I played more with blending and this was my result.. fun fun fun challenge!!
