JOURNALING: The Victorian Gothic style Pump House was built in 1883 for the Chillicothe (Ohio) Water and Sewer Co. to distribute deep well water from Yoctangee Park. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. By the mid-1980's it had fallen into disrepair. Several years later, artists and preservationists worked to turn the structure into an art gallery and it was dedicated on 8/3/91.
