Text reads: It was always part of the plan to take Maren to our favorite hike on the Isle of Skye, the Quiraing but we didn't expect to do it our first day on the island after a 5 hour long drive from Glasgow. We had to though because the sun was shining! Back in 2009 on our first visit to Skye, Scott and I climbed to the Needle and up behind it in a second attempt to see more. Yes, we tried to find the Needle the day before and couldn't, because it was even mistier. What a difference the sun shine makes!
