MOC 2026 Day 12 - Project Leader

For various reasons I've had to hide the large block of journaling (replaced with filler text). The bits relevant to the challenge that I can share are:

In my Civil Engineering Degree we had 1 class on planning law and regulations, but no-one mentioned that there were extra regulations and laws related to working on or near burial grounds. It's really complicated. Before I can even get quotes I have to get a ground penetrating radar survey done to check for unmarked graves near the wall. If there are any then I have to apply for licences from the Department of Justice for every grave and we would need to only employ special licensed contractors and also an archaeologist. …."
