in a knitalong for the Family Tree
Scarf by Dana Rae Makes. She added
me as a friend on Instagram not too
long after that, and she has become
my knitty friend. She is so inspiring!
She's an incredible pattern designer,
and makes the most lovely, fun
sock patterns. Dana absolutely loves
Christmas, and hosts a makealong
every summer for Christmas in July.
Although I have always been
rather a scrooge about things
like that, she has managed to
convert me, and I look forward
to its arrival as a reminder
to create coziness during
the summer too."
