After the Greatest Belgian, Father Damien is now also canonized. And where better to celebrate that than in his birthplace.
Tremelo is known for Father Damien, but today we also celebrate a big party!

Tremelo is only a small municipality, but it is cozy and something is done sometimes. For us, the biggest advantages are to have affordable land, everything within walking and cycling distance and kids who can go to a cool youth movement.

Tremelo Our most famous residents are Father Damien, Sven Nys and Niels Albert. Over the years there is less and less nature to be found, but there are still a few very beautiful walks to make and it is nice to go with the kids to the Bolloheide or Parkheide.
