Journaling:
When your home has been flooded and there is mud everywhere you accept all the help from
strangers offered as you need to get things out quickly because of bad bacteria.
So, on 7th march 2022, Kay and her husband from Casino walked into our home to help. During
my time of standing beside this stranger, Kay shared that they just felt lead to walk into our
home. When she saw my different Scripture art on walls she shared that she and her husband
are also Christians. At one time she looked at me and asked “Why have you got a smile on your
face?”. To which I replied, “Kay you know why. I am trusting in the Lord to help with this trial
and feeling blessed that you walked into my home to help.”It was Kay who took a bundle of our
saved clothes home to wash so I did get to see her again when we collected the clothes.
I also phoned Kay when we had settled and knew what direction we were taking. I will never
forget that the Lord provided me with a helper whom I could feel connected to on that day.
