- Journaling: 9/6/15 When I visit my sister and mother in Ohio, I like to plan my trips so I can see a Columbus Crew soccer game; my sister is a season ticket holder. Unfortunately, this time I was only able to see one game and even more unfortunately, the Crew suffered a resounding defeat, 0-3, at the hands (or should I say “feet”) of FC Dallas.
Unhappy Crew players included Michael Parkhurst (captain), Steve Clark, and Jack McInerney – pictured after the winning goal was scored by Dallas; Gaston Sauro; Federico Higuain; Wil Trapp; and a young fan who seems to sum up the whole evening: “Oh, No!”
