Be INSPIRED BY A BOOK COVER...and give it your own creative twist!
Choose a book cover that speaks to you—because of its colors, composition, typography, or story—and translate that vibe into your scrapbook page.
Well, this one was a great challenge for my Book Lover Album – how about I scraplift the book that I am scrapbooking about? I met Janet Leigh in 1994 when she came out with a biography called Psycho. The cover of the book is really interesting with it’s bold red and white colors and triangle geometry, so I scraplifted it AND added it to my page.
What a memorable occasion. I love that you have scrapped a book themed page using the same book cover as inspiration. The red/grey background so mimic the book cover is really striking.
What an original take on my challenge ...
It's so nice that you can incorporate the bookcover, a photo, and an autograph from your meeting with the author... I love the graphic design with the red triangles...
Well done!
thank you for playing along.
