MOC 13 - 25 - Photo I Almost Didn't Take

Description
This photo is taken in low light on my cell phone with the front-facing camera at an unflattering angle. I have a ton of pimple patches on my face and my dark circles make me look like the overtired raccoon I feel like sometimes. My kid sleeping with his mouth open isn't too flattering for him either. But he's asleep and I'm so happy that it was before 1 AM that we needed a victory selfie.

Made with Zzzz kit and pocket cards by ninigoesdigi (I extracted the 3 sheep from the pocket card so they were perfectly spaced)
Template is from Clean Capture Vol. 3 by ninigoesdigi
Vellum style on the papers is an old Mommyish freebie (and the cloud was already vellum in the kit)

I love love love your journaling (and your description too LOL no seriously you made me LOL). The dark on dark on dark really works for the theme! Your title work and the sheep do too! This is beautiful! Thanks so much for playing along today!! I love it all - and also if you have not tried this brand of patches... so good and reasonable plus they have tea tree oil in them which is antibacterial. You can get 500 for $17 with Amazon subscription. Same girl same :nod

I'm so glad you laughed. I was trying to be funny without being too self-deprecating but that's a line that's hard to walk. I have these patches with tea tree that are pretty reasonably priced and usually fun but that night was a face full of stress. I saved your recommendation in case I want to be more discreet. (I am currently rocking a star today but not a whole constellation, thank goodness.)

I thought mine were reasonable but yours are even better priced, but then I'd have to embrace the constellation :D I'm glad you have such a great attitude! You slay me! Before these became as ubiquitous I was paying for Nexcare ones from Korea on Amazon and it was still worth it for how much faster the marks go away but those are thicker and don't stay on as well because of it (sticky on both sides and no tea tree oil or SA). Thanks for the hot tip! xo
