Journaling (109 words): The best way for me to reset my head and reconnect with myself is to get out into nature. Walking and putting one foot in front of the other, without having to think about anything else, has always given me peace. Nature has always given me comfort, even when I was a child. Countless are the hours that I either sat down by the lake, sat on a rock up in the meadows or went for a walk in the forest to be sad, or think in peace. I need to feel the wind in my hair and the rain or the sun on my face to feel alive.
