Kelly this is wonderful and what a beautiful beautiful story of your Papa Ben and Grandma Sue. How special that you were left that beautiful ring. I am just so sorry to read that their marriage was so short You and Grandma Sue at your wedding is a beautiful photo and I love the photo of the ring too. What a beautiful page and story! Love everything about it!

This is such a pretty page and what a lovely heirloom to have. I had my own mother's engagement and other heirloom jewellery that was stolen when we were burgled several years ago. Despite the ring not being big, or fancy, or having much monetary value, I was heartbroken to not have it any more. My mum, on the other hand, wasn't at all sentimental (hence me having the ring years before she died) and even part exchanged her wedding ring and gold watch she had when she was twenty one to part fund a new diamond dress ring!
