Am I ashamed by what mostly looks like an obsession by a Norwegian teen television show? Not at all. It is well written, well performed and in contrary to many other teen shows quite honest and not trying to sugarcoat facts.
Each season has a new lead character and each season I doubt they'll ever be able to make something even remotely as good again. Just to be surprised the following season.
However I do feel that the latest season will be difficult to top. Moving, hard and a drama of Shakespearian proportions. I cried with relief when Isak's family and friends took his coming out with such grace and although the last episode did hint that this wouldn't be a forever relationship that's okay as well. Because that's what being a teenager is all about. Big love and huge heartbreaks.
