Milky Way birthday

- For my birthday in 2021, my husband (and son) took me camping in a dark sky preserve so I could photograph the Milky Way. We let kiddo stay up past his bedtime to see the galactic core next to a crescent moon. I took 5 photos (3 of which I stitched into a vertical panorama that hangs over my desk) and then we went back to our tent. It was truly magical.
