Shortly before the Festival of Fantasy Parade, several of the Citizens of Main Street came out to mingle. Raileigh was thrilled to chat with Mrs. Inga DePoint. She informed us that her hat weighed as much as a Volkswagon and she had to hold onto it because she was afraid it would blow away if she didn’t.
