Medowlark

I had been wanting to see the Cherryblossoms in Washington DC for quite some time. I am so blessed to have an amazing best friend who set up a day for me to see as many Cherryblossoms as I wanted. We met his sister, her husband and their new baby at Medowlark Botanical Gardens in Fairfax, Virginia and spent the day exploring all that the gardens had to offer. We saw many Cherryblossoms of course, and other types of flowers; along with geese, turtles and Koi fish. It was such a memorable afternoon that I will never forget and cherish as long as I can remember.
