Description: What a fun technique. This is a very colorful picture of my grandson that I'm going to be using again, but I decided to try this technique with it.

I used LBW_Hello Handsome Kit: Digital Scrapbooking Kits | Scrapbook Kits – The Lilypad (the-lilypad.com)
