Great documenting of the sale & sushi. And I agree with flowersgal, I love sushi, but only the veggie ones. I remember in HS, before I even knew what it was, my friend (mom was Japanese, dad was Polish) would bring in these seaweed wrapped rice rolls with various stuffings that her mother would make. My first experience with sushi.
