JOURNALING: We were excited to travel the 25 miles to Newark to see the Weathervane Playhouse production of “Mary Poppins”, despite the light, snowy conditions. Unfortunately, the sound system was so poor we couldn’t hear and understand the dialogue. If we didn’t know the lyrics to the songs, we would have been totally lost. I don’t think I would have bought tickets if I had realized it was a production of their academy students. First time in a long time that I’ve been disappointed by a local theater offering. (A few days later we watched the Disney movie with Dick Van Dyke & Julie Andrews!)

Beautiful photo of the theatre and great pics from the play. The cartoon characters really add the perfect touch to the bottom of your page. But, sorry about the "thumbs down" flair. Especially having to drive out of town in snow!
That too bad about the sound, good thing you knew it well enough to follow along! Love the little characters at the bottom of your page! Thanks for playing along with the scraplift challenge!!
