Translation:
We were at an exhibition at the Dome of Västerås and here I am standing in front of the painting of my great (times 12) mother Malin Hising (1602-1649). She was married to the Bishop in Västerås, Johannes Rudbeckius Sr. Together they made huge efforts to improve children's education.

This is absolutely amazing! I love that painterly background, and the sketchy door, and the great photo of you and your ancestor.
