@IntenseMagic I love that he wants to help and knows (kind of) what he can do. We've been giving him jobs to do in the kitchen since he was 4, especially because his PreK homeschool curriculum had a Kitchen Classroom component. We were cooking through the alphabet and my brother, the foodie, helped make suggestions. (U is for ube, G is for gochujang...) He usually helps me measure things and mix them so I shouldn't be surprised he wants to level up to actual cooking.
