Good for you! I buy myself gifts all of the time, and I'm not disappointed at all. I bought a book online, it came in yesterday. So I wrapped it, put a bow on it and a gift tag from Santa. The book is by a Polish author, Olga Tokarczuk, Drive your Plow over the Bones of the Dead. Freaky title, but it takes place in Poland and I'm always fascinated by things Polish these days. It's won the Man Booker award this year and it was recommended by NPR.

@Angela Toucan Thank you. My new favorite thing is photo tiles at Shutterfly, they are reasonably priced and the size is 8 x 8. perfect for scrapbook pages. The come with a sticky back to hang right away. They look gorgeous but shipping from Shutterfly is very high. I bought quite a few when they had free shipping and am giving them away as Christmas gifts to family.

@cookingmylife It was translated into English & published in August 2019 for the United States, so probably... Yep, a title not easily forgotten.
