Gorgeous photos and layout. We visited Mt. Baker last June and there was still snow at the peak. Lovely even in summer.

@flowersgal not sure if they even do the Slush Cup there any more, but at least it used to be on the 4th of July...lots of snow on our Cascade Mountains, and many, including Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker retain snow year-round. That's why, when we lived in New England for a couple years, we didn't even think what they called mountains WERE mountains...just hills! LOL Now we know better. Even the Rockies don't have snow year-round.

I'm still giggling about Chuckanut (Drive)! I've been out that way several times, but never say Mt. Baker clearly. Great page and story @SharLamb
