Loved the idea of using the same kit.
I went with a themed approach and scrapped about Christmas 2018.
This layout is all about Beef Wellington-gate!
I used - Finfara Templates - template 1 From Up Here kit
oh gosh this looks absolutely delicious Claire, and while your hubby may have been stressing, I can tell you it looks delicious and I want some! LOL!!!.. I have truthfully only had it once in my life and I loved it... when I was in the UK I enjoyed lamb But oh my this looks terrific! I love the painted bg papers you chose, the layering, shadows, journaling and the title work. Well done!
Some dishes are best left to professional cooks. Ask me how I know! But wow...I'd love a slice of that! I like my beef r.a.r.e. Great work on the challenge and nice choice of papers for your own kind of tradition.
Fun little story but boy they look terrific. I've never attempted them myself so I applaud him for even trying and you for rushing in to save the day. Until I read the drama surrounding it, I was going to say I'll be there for dinner the next time they are on the menu. Lovely page.
Thanks @cfile@flowersgal@cookingmylife@KarenB - thanks for your lovely comments. For full context, my Hubby is an amazing cook, he does 90% of the cooking and he is a very calm person. But this was all a bit too much for him!
Wow! Great story! That looks absolutely wonderful! I can imagine it would be stressful trying to ensure the meat didn't over cook. I've made salmon wellington but never beef.
