This was just the challenge to document my sister and her breast cancer treatment
Journaling:
My sister Kate was diagnosed with breast cancer late in 2018. She did not need chemotherapy but did need a lumpectomy followed by a week of intensive radiation therapy two times a day. I went down for the week to be with her, drive her to her treatments, and be available to help with her kids. She’s always been there for me and I’m so glad that I could do this for her. It was a difficult time, but also wonderful to be able to spend so much time together talking and laughing too. Thankfully she’s cancer free so far.
