So I'm a bit closer to my goal. Last time we did a body week for the Love Yourself challenge I was at 36.7% of total weightloss - this week with the help of a bit of foodpoisining sadly I'm at 40.9%. So not too bad but I've felt that I needed a little extra motivation. We'll see how it goes. At least I am much closer to the 50% I am hoping to get to before we end this challenge. 50% is sort of a turning point for me. I really want to get there.
