Ah! Cool!...Yay!...This Is Awesome!...I've Been On a "Colorful" Kick In Some Of My Other Layouts & This One Is On The Same Vein...I Wanted To Do Contrasting Shapes & Colors...I Used 2 Different Photos & Cut Them Into Stars & Placed Them One On Top One Behind Etc...It Made A Neat Looking Effect So I Went With It...Then I Put Overlapping Layers Of Circle Stamps In Different Colors To Further Contrast The Star Photos...Then I Added My WA...& Then Finally Some Scatter Applied Last On Top Of Everything To Compliment All The Colors Used...

I love how one pic is bold and purple while the other is faded. Great use of contrast and the repeating design is quite an eye catcher! Wonderful work.
