Thank you! I thought the same when I started playing with the Journal Cards.. As you know I don't use the JCs often.. this just felt right with the photos of my parents writing :)

the background brings back memories of airmail ...

When I was little, we regularly received airmail at home from a cousin who was a sailor.

I love how you created your stitching around your jc and photos. Beautiful page and perfect theme for those photos. I also got reminded of those super thin air mail papers which was both a letter and envelope in one.

:) thank you Marijke!! I had one friend who would go and stay in Germany for a bit so we would do airmail when i was a kid!
