Oh this is heart wrenching. I'm so sorry that you lost your friend. I can't imagine the turmoil that this decision must bring to your heart. I pray that your decision gives her clarity and she can find her way back to you again.

@Karen thank you for your words. It's been a hard go. I love her dearly but hit the point where I can't do anything anymore. Gah....I hate drugs.

Oh, man. Heart ache. The words are so powerful. I think the images you chose, especially those wings, have a underlying effect on the words. Sadness is hard to overcome when you cannot change what is, only they can. Sending hugs!
